Can I claim compensation if I was on a package holiday?
If your holiday is booked through a UK travel operator, either online, or in the travel agents in town, and you booked your flights and accommodation at the same time, then the chances are you have booked a package holiday. How long do I have to make a claim?

The time limit is normally two years from the date of disembarkation (getting off the ship). The Montreal Convention 1999 states that you have 2 years to make a claim for personal injury from the date you were injured on an aeroplane.
