Can you be injured on theme park rides?

It is thought that generally speaking the attractions with fixed rides should be safer and maintained on a regular basis with sufficient insurance in place, but what happens if you sustain a personal injury whilst at a traveling fairground? For starters travelling fairgrounds have a lot more risk associated with them due to the fact that they are dismantled and erected again so frequently.
