Legal Assistant Package (LAP)

Hourly rate = £80 per hour plus VAT

We endeavour to offer the best solutions to our clients to beat even our own competitive fee structure. With this in mind we offer a Legal Assistant Package (LAP) being an alternative to the competitive fixed fee package offered above.

The LAP option ensures that you remain in charge of your case at all times whilst eliciting the advice and assistance of the principal of MG Legal, Michael Grant LLB (Hons), who will assist with the issuing of your claim, the drafting of legal documents, negotiation on your behalf, advice on legal tactics, research and advocacy.

The LAP is a ‘Pay As You Go’ service, ensuring that payment is only taken after every individual piece of work or legal service provided for by the firm, instead of holding your money on account.

The LAP option offers an unbeatable reduced rate of only £80 per hour. Many of our clients use the LAP option as an alternative to the fixed fee option, as it can at times offer a more economic solution depending on the merits and circumstances of your particular case.
