Upon Completion, any estate agents involved will require that their invoice is settled. This is, usually, paid by your conveyancing solicitor out of the proceeds of sale. The net proceeds, once all fees and disbursements have been deducted, inclusive of any agent fees, are then remitted back to you. 

 

You conveyancer would, of course, obtain your prior authority to ensure you are happy with this arrangement as, in some cases, our clients prefer to make payment themselves. Whatever your requirements in this regard, our team will work to meet your needs.
