Our family solicitors in Preston and Lancaster always want you to know what you will be expecting to pay up-front. Where this is not possible, we will provide you with an estimate, and keep you up-to-date about our fees as your matter progresses. First Consultation for General Advice and Information

30 minute initial appointment - Covers all areas of family law 
Fee is payable before the appointment starts (either over the 'phone, or in person at the office up to 10 minutes before the appointment start time) 
If you wish to discuss your matter for more than 30 minutes, our fees will be increased by £25.00 plus VAT per every 10 minutes thereafter, and these must be paid on the day
