Woman who chopped-off husband's penis is charged with kidnapping and castration

Most commonly we see the Family Department working with the Conveyancing Department in cases where a couple is divorcing and selling their family home as part of the financial settlement. Rarely do we see the Family Department working with the Personal Injury Department! But, for one man in America, it sounds like he will need a local solicitors firm which can act for him in criminal matters, personal injury, and more than likely his Divorce!
It has been reported that Victoria Frabutt, aged 51, took her husband James Frabutt, aged 61, yesterday and tied him up at their home in North Carolina. Following which she proceeded to chop off his penis.
Police were called to the couple’s home following a noise complaint at 4am in the morning. They then rushed Mr Frabutt and his severed appendage to hospital where surgeons are going to attempt to attach it.
It is not yet clear why Mrs Frabutt decided to chop off her husband’s penis.
Police have confirmed that Mrs Frabutt has been taken into custody and charged with kidnapping and miscellaneous castration.
