Our NO WIN NO FEE solicitors note the urgent recall of Morrison's ice cream, and discuss what to do if you are injured by a foreign object in food.
This week, major supermarket chain Morrison’s have issued a large scale urgent recall of their Amour Classic Vanilla Ice Cream over concerns that it contains pieces of plastic that could cause harm or injury.

The Food Standard Agency noted the Morrison’s ice cream recall, stating in an accompanying risk statement that the product might contain small pieces of plastic making it unsafe to eat.

The recall of the Morrison’s ice cream is for items of the product with a best before date of February 2023.
