Mark Gregory - Personal Injury Compensation Claims, Civil Disputes and Business 

Mark qualified as a solicitor in 2007, and has over 15 years’ of experience in the legal field. Having worked in firms across the North, Mark has a breadth of experience in dealing with “No Win, No Fee” Personal Injury Compensation Claims (including Medical Negligence, Road Traffic Accidents, Slips, Trips & Falls, and Injuries or Accidents at Work), Civil Disputes and Business Leases and Agreements. 
 
Mark is an expert in his legal field and, as the Principal Solicitor, oversees the work of everyone else at the firm. He therefore has a knowledge of Property Sales and Purchases, Family Law legal matters (including divorce, financial matters and child contact issues), and Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate matters. 

Lorraine Gill - Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate (referred to collectively as Private Client Law) 

Lorraine has been working in the legal industry for over 15 years’, and is qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive. Chartered Legal Executives are fully qualified legal professionals, who have undergone extensive training to ensure that they can provide you with excellent legal advice in their chosen field. 
 
Lorraine has been working at MG Legal since October 2019, and has already become an invaluable member of the team. She provides first-class legal advice to our clients in all matters Private Client Law related, and has helped countless clients in ensuring their final wishes would be carried out when they die (by helping them to make a Will), ensuring that their loved ones can make decisions of their behalf, legally (by setting up powers of attorney, both ordinary and lasting) and by dealing with their loved one’s estate (Probate applications and administration).

Chloe Cardwell and Sarah Lees - Property Sales and Purchases (both Residential and Commercial), Mortgages (re-mortgaging and transfers of equity) and property transfers 

Chloe and Sarah are both fully qualified solicitors, who have been working in the legal industry for over 5 years. 
 
They are experienced property solicitors in Lancaster and Preston, as well as acting for clients across England and Wales, and their local knowledge helps them ensure that clients are in capable hands with their property sales and purchases.

Philip Cranage - Senior Litigator 

Philip Cranage, Senior Litigator, works alongside Mark Gregory in providing an excellent service in all areas “No Win, No Fee” Personal Injury compensation related, as well as Civil Disputes and Business Leases and Agreements. 
 
Philip has over 15 years’ experience in the legal industry, and has worked alongside Mark Gregory for over 12 years, meaning their team-work and case management is unprecedented. 
 
Working closely with Mark, Phillip is his right-hand man, who can assist clients at every stage of their matter, with them being safe in the knowledge that Phil has years of legal experience. 

Hope Jordan - Legal Assistant 

Hope Jordan works in the Wills and Probate Department, alongside Lorraine Gill, helping keep Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate clients fully appraised of their legal matters. 
 
Hope has been working at the firm for over 6 years, and has been fully trained throughout her time in many departments, including Property Sales and Purchases, Personal Injury Compensation Claims, and Family Law, to aid her training to become a fully qualified solicitor. Soon to be on year five of her six year degree, Hope hopes to be fully qualified in the next few years, and is ecstatic that she will have over nine years legal experience behind her when the time comes. 

Lucinda Wyer - Legal Assistant 

Lucinda Wyer joined MG Legal’s team almost two years ago, and aids Sara Williams in every aspect of Family Law on a day-to-day basis. Not only Sara’s right hand woman for Family Law issues, Lucinda is experienced in Wills and Probate matters (Private Client) and can assist our Lancaster based clients with their legal matters if Lorraine Gill or Hope Jordan are unavailable. 
 
Lucinda is the face of our Solicitors in Lancaster, greeting clients daily, and ensuring that any correspondence is passed through immediately to the correct department (as well as dealing with her usual caseload, all without batting an eyelid!). 

Pat Porter - Accounts Department 

Pat Porter works alongside all our departments - Personal Injury Compensation Claims, Property Sales and Purchases, Family Law matters, and Wills & Probate - providing expert accounts services. Patricia works from our central office (Garstang), communicating efficiently with the other offices to provide her accounts expertise and experience for all of our client’s legal matters.

When are you open? 

Except bank holidays, our team can be contacted from Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm, officially, although our team can do before or after hours, by appointment), or outside of working hours online or via email to enquiries@mglegal.co.uk (or by using the direct emails, above). Our team will get back to you within one working hour.
