How Do I Know If My Solicitor Is Qualified?
Posted on 15th April 2020
When you are instructing a solicitor, for anything from personal injury, to buying a house, or drafting a Will, it’s a very important time in your life, and it’s important to ensure that you know who will be dealing with your legal matter, and that they are qualified to carry out your instructions. At MG Legal, we employ only fully qualified legal professionals who are in charge of your matter, so you know that you are getting the right legal advice from the right person.
Who is qualified at MG Legal?
Well, let’s look at each department:

Mark qualified as a solicitor in 2007, and has over 15 years’ of experience in the legal field. Having worked in firms across the North, Mark has a breadth of experience in dealing with “No Win, No Fee” Personal Injury Compensation Claims (including Medical Negligence, Road Traffic Accidents, Slips, Trips & Falls, and Injuries or Accidents at Work), Civil Disputes and Business Leases and Agreements.
Mark is an expert in his legal field and, as the Principal Solicitor, oversees the work of everyone else at the firm. He therefore has a knowledge of Property Sales and Purchases, Family Law legal matters (including divorce, financial matters and child contact issues), and Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate matters.
Lorraine Gill - Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate (referred to collectively as Private Client Law)
Lorraine has been working in the legal industry for over 15 years’, and is qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive.
