Do you have to see a solicitor face-to-face?
Posted on 13th May 2019
Recent research, finding that many prefer online contact as opposed to meeting with face-to-face with their solicitor, has come at a shock to MG Legal’s team. We are not the big, bad wolves you need to be scared of (or at least after we have all had our morning dose of coffee, that is!), and aim to ensure all clients feel comfortable with both online and face-to-face contact.
A recent survey found that many felt more at ease having online conversations with their legal representative. At MG Legal, we understand that instructing a solicitor to act on your behalf can be a daunting and nerve-wracking process. We are, however, on your side, and our team are always on-hand to provide friendly and honest advice in relation your legal queries. We offer out of hours appointments and home visits, as well as telephone consultations and email correspondence. We will do all we can to accommodate your needs, in a way that you feel most comfortable with.
Despite some people feeling more at ease behind a keyboard or telephone, the survey found that 55% do still want face to face contact with their lawyer. Essentially, it all boils down to instructing a solicitor you can liaise freely with and feel totally at ease, which is our ultimate goal at MG Legal.
The survey found that, taking advantage of advancing technology, many now opt to choosing a solicitor and getting the ball rolling via Google, over anywhere else. Follow the link to About Us and get to know who we are and what we do today.
The survey went on to suggest that 58% study a firm’s online reviews as a factor in whether to proceed with their services; MG Legal’s reviews are second-to-none and can be viewed by following this link.
Take a look at our website and our reviews, and you will see for yourself. Whether it be a face to face meeting you prefer, or a telephone consultation, contact us today at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 01995 602 129 and one of our team would be delighted to assist.
