Conveyancing Hotline, what is your emergency?
Posted on 13th March 2019
With the Solicitors Regulation Authority placing increasing demand for transparency within, not just conveyancing, but the legal profession as a whole, there is now to be a new legal helpline.
Introduced by UNU Group, the helpline is in place for individuals to contact for impartial advice, if they are left feeling confused by their conveyance, or any other legal matter ( - something that would not happen, should you choose MG Legal’s conveyancing team to act on your behalf).
At MG Legal, our solicitors in Lancaster have gone one step further and comprised our very own Conveyancing Guide. Our guide sets out the conveyancing process, in layman terms, and explains both sale and purchase transactions in an easy to follow, step-by-step format.
This is sent out to all new clients, instructing on sale and purchase matters, and is also sent out when quoting clients to apprise them of matters from the outset.
Our solicitors in Lancaster understand that the conveyancing process can be daunting, amongst the usual stresses of moving home, therefore, we are on hand to answer any questions, at all times.
Our team often refer to the guide throughout the process of your matter in order that you can clearly see, and understand at what stage we are at, and what to expect next.
We would also refer you to our conveyancing video, which explains the process in even more detail. Follow this link to view our video now...
Although the UNU helpline has been set up free of charge, we would always recommend consulting your conveyancing solicitor in the first instance, as we are the experts. MG Legal’s solicitors in Lancaster are always happy to help and will ensure you feel totally at ease throughout the commencement of your conveyance.
